Community Rules

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
CardRed TCG's social features are there to share your passion kindly: you show your cards, you vote, and that's it. There is no chat and no comments. These rules are accepted when you turn on social features and come in addition to the terms of use.
Zero tolerance
- Hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, violent, sexual or shocking content or usernames.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, impersonation.
- Any content involving minors in an inappropriate way: removed immediately and reported to the authorities.
- Scams, advertising, sales, links or contact details in titles and usernames.
- Fake accounts, manipulation of votes or rankings.
Protect yourself
- Never share your personal info (real name, address, phone number, social media).
- A trade or sale with another player takes place outside the app and at your own risk (see terms of use, article 6).
Report and block
You can report a player or content and block a player at any time from their profile. Every report is reviewed by the moderators. An abusive report is itself a violation.
Karma
Every account has a karma score, from −5 to +10, starting at 0. Only you and the moderators can see it.
- +0.2 when a price you suggested is approved by the moderators.
- −1 for an insulting or vulgar message sent with a price proposal: the message is blocked and not passed on.
- −0.5 for an abusive price proposal.
- +0.1 when one of your scanner corrections is confirmed by other players; −0.5 if the moderators cancel it for abuse.
- +0.5 per validated referral (up to +3).
At −5, the account is automatically restricted for 7 days: no public binder, no voting, no price proposals or scanner corrections. A 2nd restriction within 30 days leads to a 30-day account suspension. You can challenge a sanction at contact@cardredtcg.com.
Sanctions
Depending on the severity and repetition:
- Removal of the content or forced change of username.
- Temporary suspension of the account.
- Permanent deletion of the account, without notice in serious cases.
Clearly illegal content may be passed on to the competent authorities. You can challenge a sanction at contact@cardredtcg.com.
