Delete your account

You can delete your CardRed TCG account at any time, free of charge, from the app or by e-mail.
From the app
- Tap your avatar at the top of the home screen, then open your Profile.
- At the very bottom of the page, tap Delete my account, confirm, then enter the code you received by e-mail.
Without the app
Write to contact@cardredtcg.com from your account's e-mail address, with your username and the subject "Account deletion".
What happens next
- The account is deactivated right away: it no longer appears to other players.
- For 30 days, you can change your mind by signing in again.
- After 30 days, everything is permanently and automatically erased: account, e-mail, date of birth, profile, collection backup, friends, shared binders, showcase, votes, alerts and notification tokens.
- Security technical logs disappear on their own after a few days.
The collection kept on your phone is not affected: delete it in the app (Profile → Reset my collection) or by uninstalling the app.
